When you are away you must "explain" the absence as soon as possible by

  • bringing a completed absence form signed by a parent/carer to the Front Office
  • e-mailing a completed absence form to from a "substantiated" address (ie work address)

The completed form must indicate the

  • full name of the student (first name and surname), year group and Roll Group Teacher
  • date of the absence
  • duration of the absence (full day or specific lessons)
  • explanation of the absence (sick or leave)
