Stage Performance (A/M)

Stage Performance is an industry-focused program designed for students ready to step into the spotlight and take on the leading roles in the college’s major Drama Production. Operating out of the professional Murranji Theatre, you will gain real-life industry experience as a performance artist aiming for the highest standards by making and interpreting plays, musical theatre, or multimodal performances.

This course offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the Live Production class, mirroring a professional theatre company environment where performers and technical crews work in tandem to bring a vision to life. You will explore a diverse range of styles and genres while refining your ability to communicate clearly and manage the technical and creative elements of a show. By honing your stagecraft in a professional venue and applying industry-standard work health and safety practices, you will develop the empathetic awareness and production skills needed to engage target audiences.
